Jason Harrison began his career in high-speed injection molding after completing his degree in Industrial Engineering. Through a series of promotions and company moves, Jason quickly rose to be one of the youngest Quality Managers in a prestigious automotive company. A career military man, Jason enjoys the challenge of mentoring and coaching others and has brought those talents to his consultancy, most recently in his engagements on behalf of Plexus International and Management Solutions Group. 

 

Jason currently specializes in transitioning organizations from their current management systems into more lean, results-based systems through the deployment of goals and human talent. He has assisted companies with ISO 9001, AS9100D, VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 implementation as well as performed and mentored internal audits, training and support with the core tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP) which has resulted in qualifying dozens of organizations in these topics.
