Axiom's U.S.-based physicians read through the entirety of medical records for any given case, including laboratory tests, radiology reports and notes by medical personnel and ancillary professions.  Often, medical records are incomplete.  We provide you with a list of deficiencies and inconsistencies in the records.  Our physicians provide a summary of the medical records in plain English, avoiding complex medical jargon.
